1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "7v7v," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 7v7v online gaming platform accessible at https://7v7v.pro.
• "Platform" means the 7v7v website, mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features made available to registered players.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 7v7v Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the 7v7v Platform.
• "Funds" means the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) balance held in a Player's 7v7v Account, including deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus amounts.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by 7v7v to eligible Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body under whose framework 7v7v operates.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where online gaming is illegal or where 7v7v is not licensed to operate.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 7v7v Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 7v7v Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 7v7v, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law applicable to casino-style gaming. 7v7v enforces this requirement rigorously and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold a 7v7v Account.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 7v7v complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 7v7v, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless 7v7v has provided prior written consent.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 7v7v Platform, or from any other gaming platform operated under PAGCOR's regulatory framework, unless such exclusion has been formally lifted.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of 7v7v services, you must register for an Account by completing the registration process on the Platform. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active 7v7v Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of Funds.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 7v7v may require you to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary by 7v7v's compliance team. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 7v7v will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify 7v7v immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7v7v Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 7v7v accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 7v7v reserves the right to return funds to the original payment source if a third-party deposit is detected.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 or such other amount as 7v7v may specify from time to time on the Platform.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. 7v7v aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, but reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal to Original Source: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Transaction Fees: 7v7v does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 7v7v accepts no responsibility.
• Currency: All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 7v7v does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7v7v may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's specific terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your Account in a separate bonus balance and may only be used for wagering on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms.
• 7v7v reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless 7v7v expressly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.
• 7v7v reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
• Bonuses are available to Players who are 21 years of age or older and who have completed the required identity verification process.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on the 7v7v Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general gaming terms apply across all 7v7v games:

• Bet Confirmation: A wager is confirmed and binding once it has been accepted by the 7v7v system and a confirmation is displayed on screen. 7v7v is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a game, 7v7v reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the Players' Accounts. The decision of 7v7v's technical team in such matters is final.
• Random Number Generation: All non-live games on 7v7v use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are subject to regular independent testing and certification.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games, including those provided through Ezugi Live, are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed in the live game interface. In the event of a dispute, the recorded footage of the live session will be used as the definitive reference.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits as displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game and may be adjusted by 7v7v at any time.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7v7v Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7v7v staff, other Players, or live dealers.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or under false identities.

9 Responsible Gaming

7v7v is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the Platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we provide a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no new Account may be created.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed and net gaming activity during a session.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7v7v Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of 7v7v or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 7v7v.
• Use any 7v7v trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of 7v7v's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 7v7v.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7v7v's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

7v7v shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond 7v7v's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7v7v's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data

7v7v collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding your data include:

• Your personal data is collected for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
• 7v7v will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by Philippine law.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

13 Termination

7v7v reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 7v7v is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.
• 7v7v reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your Account.
• Your Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination of your Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining Funds in your Account (excluding bonus balances) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 7v7v's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining eligible Funds will be returned to your registered payment method.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

7v7v operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Where a dispute relates to the fairness of a game outcome or a regulatory matter, the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures may apply in addition to, or in lieu of, court proceedings, as determined by applicable regulation.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
