5 Legal Basis for Processing

• Regulatory Authorities: PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and other Philippine government bodies, where required by law or regulatory obligation.
• Identity Verification Providers: Third-party KYC and AML service providers engaged by 7v7v to verify your identity and screen for financial crime risk. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only for the purposes specified by 7v7v.
• Payment Processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers, to the extent necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals.

8 Data Retention

• Active Accounts: Personal data associated with an active 7v7v Account is retained for the duration of the Account's existence and for a period of at least five (5) years following Account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR and AML record-keeping requirements.
• Financial Records: Transaction records, deposit and withdrawal histories, and related financial data are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and BIR regulations.
• KYC Documents: Identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the business relationship, as required by AML regulations.
• Gaming Records: Bet histories and game session logs are retained for a minimum of three (3) years for dispute resolution and regulatory audit purposes.
• Support Communications: Customer support correspondence is retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction.
• Inactive Accounts: Where an Account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months, 7v7v may archive the Account data. Archived data is retained in accordance with the applicable minimum retention periods above.

10 Data Security

7v7v implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and the 7v7v platform is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Sensitive data at rest, including financial information and identity documents, is encrypted using industry-standard encryption algorithms.
• Access Controls: Access to personal data within 7v7v's systems is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. All staff with access to personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations and regular security training.

• Incident Response: 7v7v maintains a documented data breach response plan. In the event of a breach affecting your personal data, 7v7v will notify you and the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by the Data Privacy Act.

While 7v7v takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own Account credentials and for notifying 7v7v immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

11 Children's Privacy

The 7v7v platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style online gaming. 7v7v does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If 7v7v becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the associated Account, void any pending bets, return any deposited funds to the original payment source, and permanently delete the personal data of the underage individual from our systems.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on the 7v7v platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14 so that we can take prompt action.

12 Third-Party Services

The 7v7v platform integrates with third-party services to deliver certain features, including live dealer games (such as Ezugi Live), payment processing (such as GCash and PayMaya), and identity verification. When you interact with these third-party services through the 7v7v platform, those providers may process your personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

7v7v carefully selects its third-party service providers and requires them to maintain data protection standards consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. However, 7v7v is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party providers beyond the scope of our contractual data processing agreements with them.

The 7v7v platform does not contain links to external third-party websites. All services accessible through 7v7v are operated within the 7v7v platform environment.

13 Policy Updates

7v7v reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will:
